Shuanghuan Group's GFL8520 precision splitter for new energy vehicles has passed the first batch of Anhui Province's new product certification in 2023

Among them, the new energy vehicle splitter is a new type of component used in electric vehicles, which is different from traditional cars and has a huge usage. Diverters for new energy vehicles have the characteristics of high reliability and good long-term stability, and are widely used in scenarios such as battery packs, battery management systems, and on-board chargers. In order to keep up with the trend of the new era for the development of enterprises, the new energy vehicle splitter has been one of the key projects of Shuanghuan Group in recent years.

After years of arduous development and research, Shuanghuan Group has developed a new type of precision current divider for new energy vehicle battery management system - GFL8520 new energy vehicle precision divider. This product is composed of resistors, electrodes, and PCB converters. It adopts electron beam thick and thin welding technology and low thermoelectric potential manganese copper material, solving the problems of narrow range, temperature rise, and low current detection accuracy of automotive splitters. It achieves wide range measurement, low temperature rise, and high current measurement accuracy, ensuring current detection in different range ranges and improving the product's current detection ability. The product has been tested and verified in extreme environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and salt spray. It has the characteristics of low thermal potential and high stability, and its technical level is leading in China, which can replace imported products of the same type. At present, we have one invention patent and one utility model patent each.

In April 2023, the GFL8520 precision splitter for new energy vehicles became one of the first batch of new products recognized by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.
