Two new products of Shuanghuan Electronics Group have passed the provincial new product appraisal

On November 11, 2023, Shuanghuan Electronics Group organized a provincial-level new product appraisal meeting in Bengbu City. Two products, "RMB Precision Chip Alloy Foil Fixed Resistor" from its subsidiary Bedis Electronics Co., Ltd. and "RX24-T Aluminum Shell Wire Wound Resistor" from Bengbu Weichuang Far East Electronics Co., Ltd., participated in the appraisal. At the meeting, provincial-level new product evaluation experts listened to the enterprise's technical summary report, inspected the production site and products, reviewed technical materials, and unanimously agreed to pass the new product appraisal. The deputy general manager of the group, Shao Jianqiang, relevant personnel from the technical center, and product development personnel from two subsidiaries attended the meeting.

The RMB precision chip alloy foil fixed resistor is a new product independently developed by Bedes Company, targeting the high-end market demands of aviation, aerospace, and other industries. It adopts new graphic design, vacuum heat treatment, and electrode photolithography technologies, and has the characteristics of high resistance accuracy, low temperature coefficient, and high stability. It has obtained one invention patent and one utility model patent each, and its technical level is leading in China.

The RX24-T type wire wound resistor is a new product designed by Weichuang Company based on the market demand for upgrading aluminum shell resistance products in the industrial control field, using a new structure. It has the characteristics of small size, high voltage resistance, and strong vibration resistance. The product has obtained one utility model patent and its technical level is leading in China.
