Shuanghuan Group conducts internal training on VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit

In order to meet the supporting needs of the new energy vehicle industry, improve quality management level, and better support the automotive industry with products, in order to obtain a broader market space. From March 2 to March 4, 2022, Shuanghuan Group organized a three-day training session on "VDA6.3:2023 Process Audit&VDA6.5:2020 Product Audit", led by Ralph Consulting. The participants included more than 40 technical, quality, production, equipment, procurement, and sales personnel from relevant departments and subsidiaries of the group.

VDA6.3:2023 Process Audit&VDA6.5:2020 Product Audit and Internal Quality System Audit constitute the three major audits of IATF16949 Quality Management System. This training process audit mainly involves P2 project management, P3 product and process development planning, P4 product and process planning, P5 supplier management, P6 process analysis, P7 customer care, customer satisfaction, service 59 items, and P1 potential supplier analysis 35 items. Product review mainly explains the differences between product review and inspection, as well as examples of product review.

Chairman Li Fuxi attaches great importance to it and, amidst his busy schedule, participated in some training courses. He pointed out that with the certification of some of the group's products, the automotive quality system will also be launched successively by Weichuang, Changsheng, and Betis; Require the group and its subsidiaries to gather the knowledge learned by students, develop plans to conduct process audits and product audits, truly apply what is learned, improve product and delivery quality, and promote the improvement of product and process quality.
